About these terms

Trueflyway ("we", "us") sells flight tickets through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) per passenger. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email.

Traveller details

After payment we will ask you for the details we need to issue your ticket, including each traveller's full name exactly as it appears on their travel document, and your travel date. Mistakes in names or dates can lead to fees from the airline, so please check them carefully.

Travel documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health or entry requirements for your journey.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

These are covered in our Refund policy and depend on the fare you chose.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in arranging your tickets. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Airlines are responsible for carrying you, and we are not responsible for delays or schedule changes outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you order applies to your booking.
